If there is a need to cancel your dog's walk/drop in visit, Kelcy must be given at least 48 hours notice. If not given at least 48 hours notice, the client is responsible for 50% payment of the full rate. In the event of dangerous road conditions (ice or snow) the cancellation fee will be waived.
Once a deposit is made, the dates you have given are yours and the deposit is not refundable. If you need to change dates please let me know as soon as possible, but unfortunately your original deposit does not go towards new/changed dates and you will have to send Kelcy a new deposit for your newly requested dates.
If Kelcy shows up to the home and the service is turned away, the client is responsible for 100% of that visits payment.
Your pets' well-being and comfort are my top priorities. If for some reason your pet(s) require items that you have not provided, Kelcy is happy to pick them up on your behalf. Please note that the cost of the supplies will be added to your invoice. In the event of an emergency please know that Kelcy will do whatever she thinks would be in your pets best interest. Kelcy will always contact you first but if you do not answer, Kelcy will make the medical decisions if need be.
Holidays-- There is an increased demand for pet sitting services during the holiday seasons, please be aware that there will be an additional holiday fee added onto your invoice if you do book during the holiday season!
For the safety of Kelcy, overnight visits will not be conducted if there is another person in the home. When it comes to walks or drop ins, I allow others in the home as long as I have met them and they are aware of when I am coming and will not distract me from providing your pets the proper care they need.
As far as cameras are concerned, I don't mind at all. Providing they aren't in places such as bathrooms, changing areas, or sleeping areas. I will disable or relocate cameras located in these areas when conducting overnight stays. Upon my arrival and as I begin to unwind for the evening, all cameras inside the home will either be unplugged or turned around. As part of the meet and greet, I require that all cameras are disclosed to me.
I value the privacy and security of all clients. Therefore, any house keys in my possession will be properly disposed of if no services have been rendered for a period of 6 months.
